When ordering with Jewel, you have two choices:
24 hour secure online ordering! OR
Call us at 540-662-9298 or 540-722-4547 between 9am-9pm (EST) and we can take an order over the phone. If we are unavailable, please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours.
Normally, it takes 5 – 7 days for us to complete your custom order. All of our bracelets and earrings are made exclusively for you upon order, so some items may take longer than others. If you need something quickly or by a certain date, please note this on the order form or email us at jewel@rbjewel.com. Once your item is completed it will be shipped to you however you choose.
For standard shipping we use USPS Priority Mail, which normally arrives to you between 2 – 4 days from day of shipment. The charge for standard shipping and handling is $6. For express orders we use USPS Express Mail. The charge for this method is $16.00. This is an overnight delivery from day of shipment. We can also ship your order USPS First Class Mail at no cost to you. This method has no guaranteed arrival date.
PLEASE NOTE: When you will receive your order is based on the date we complete your item(s)(5 - 7 days from your order date) as well as the method of shipping.
Jewel offers a 100% guarantee! It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your item(s), return it for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days. If there is a problem with your bracelet related to workmanship or quality issues, we will repair or replace the items free of charge (within 90 days). If you would like to change your bracelet (wrong size, don't like the look, etc), this can be done for a small fee of $10 per strand (this covers restringing and return shipping).
We will gladly do one free (besides what it costs you to return ship to us) resizing within 30 days of purchase. To get your bracelet resized, contact us at jewel@rbjewel.com. We will need to know approximately how much bigger you would like the bracelet.
Jewel uses only high quality materials. All of our materials are purchased from reputable suppliers. Our beads, toggles, and other jewelry components are made from: .925 sterling silver, or 14K gold filled materials. All crystals are made by Swarovski. We use 49 strand stainless steel wire which has a nylon coating. Each bracelet is individually laid to get the best placement for the beads.
Each bracelet is made special upon order just for you! All pictures on this site represent how your item will look. However, your item may vary slightly depending on size, crystals / stones, and length of name(s). Some sterling silver beads and glass beads are handmade. Therefore, it is not uncommon for there to be a slight variation in bead design.
All sterling silver can tarnish. Tarnishing is a natural process caused by oxidation. Tarnish does not damage the silver and can easily be removed by gently rubbing the piece with a soft, treated polishing cloth. If used regularly, a polishing cloth can keep tarnish from building. If sterling silver is worn regularly, body oils will help reduce tarnishing. We DO NOT recommend the use of sterling silver cleaning solutions.
Some beads contain oxidation in the grooves to produce an antique look. These solutions may remove this decorative oxidation. They may also remove the luster from pearls, semi-precious stones and crystals. The damage from these cleaning solutions can be permanent to your bracelet and other jewelry!
In addition, it is not recommended to wear your silver while bathing, swimming, doing dishes, cleaning with any chemicals or abrasive substance. The chemicals and/or the environment can damage your silver jewelry.
Beads vary in diameter. Therefore, a size 7 in one bracelet might fit you whereas the same size in a bracelet with larger beads would not. So, when measuring your wrist for a bracelet, please measure snugly. From your measurement we will determine a size according to which bracelet you purchased.
If you are purchasing for a gift, please give us a good estimate. Then we will resize if necessary.
Jewel uses two types of clasps on our bracelets. We use toggles clasps on all ladies bracelets. We use lobster clasps on all children’s bracelets. One is not stronger than the other. It all comes down to preference. If you have a preference for one or the other, please indicate that when ordering.
Your bracelet can be restrung or redesigned! If you need to resize or would just like to change the look of your bracelet the fee is: $10 per strand. This price includes restringing and return shipping.
For Resizing and Restringing:
1. Send your payment (check or money order)
2. Include directions for the changes you would like to make (how much smaller, larger, bead change, etc)
3. Make sure to include your return address and phone number.
